How we charge, clearly.
- Operator pricing is per user login, billed monthly. Your tier is set by how many events you run in a year — up to 50, 51–100, or 100+.
- GST is added on operator plans at the prevailing rate (18% at time of writing).
- Vendor platform fees are deducted at settlement, not at job acceptance.
- There is no charge for cancelled or refunded events. Charges follow the money, not the calendar.
- TDS on vendor payouts is computed and deposited by Evantroz per the Income Tax Act.
